Return Eligibility

Time Frame
You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. - Condition
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in the same condition you received it - unused and in its original packaging. - Proof of Purchase
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.
Non-Returnale Items
- Gift Certificates or Digital Downloads are not eligible for returns.
- Items damaged after delivery are ineligible, except for cases where damage occurred prior to receipt.
Return Process

- Our team will review your request to check order details and will reach out for further instructions if needed.
- Return the merchandise to the address provided by our team. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Upon receipt, the returned merchandise will be inspected. If it meets our return conditions, a refund will be processed.

Processing Time

Exchanges
If you come to our Office Store located at 207 Kupuohi St. Lahaina HI. we can accommodate an exchange in person, otherwise if you wish to exchange the item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
